Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Scan and organise invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering transactions into accounting software
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all records are up-to-date
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee record management
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding billing and payment issues
  • Support the management team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
