Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit.
• Manage financial risk by implementing robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards.
• Manage capital structure and optimize capital allocation to support business growth and profitability.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and partnerships to enhance shareholder value.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial investments.
• Conduct financial analysis, performance metrics, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.

• Bachelor’s Degree and above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Speak and write in Chinese will be mandatory as you will be liaising with Chinese stakeholders.
• MBA/CPA qualifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., CFO, Finance Director).
• Prior entertainment provider(gaming industry) experience is an added advantage.
