Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead sales team (e.g. Sales Representatives, Promoters) to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Improve sales coverage efficiency via understanding and analysis of data.
  • Maximize/Improve ROI via new initiatives/negotiations.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure trade executions.
  • Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitor's promotion/pricing, and market sentiments. 
  • Responsible for all sales/trade activities on assigned outlets.
  • Execute Sales & Merchandising especially FIFO.
  • Build, Maintain, and enhance good relationships with existing and new customers.
  • To participate and assist in promotional activities/ events/ seminar when required, including working on weekends and public holidays.


Requirements

  • Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in e-commerce channel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented with strong business sense.
  • Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
  • Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English.
